How it works
Two sides to every event: a few minutes of setup for you, and a fun, effortless experience for your guests.
For hosts: set up in minutes
- 1
Create your account & event
Sign up and create an event - give it a name, and you're ready to configure your kiosk. You can run up to 5 events on one account.
- 2
Choose your AI style
Pick which of the ten capture styles your event uses - face swap, identity transfer, headless head-attach, apparel try-on, full random, self-prompt, headshot, a background + uniform + pose combination, a straight teleport into any scene, or a no-AI photo strip - each with its own credit cost.
- 3
Pick or upload backgrounds
For styles that use one, choose from the platform's default backgrounds or upload your own posed photos or headless body templates. Full random and self-prompt skip this step entirely - no background needed.
- 4
Configure branding & languages
Add an optional frame or stickers guests can apply after their photo generates, and choose up to four languages for the kiosk's guest-facing screens.
- 5
Design your booth (optional)
Open Booth Designer and walk through your kiosk screen by screen - backgrounds, fonts, colours, buttons, where the camera and countdown sit, and lead screens before the first tap. Try it free; unlock it for the event when you want to save.
- 6
Buy a credit pack
Top up your credit balance - credits never expire and carry across every event on your account.
- 7
Go live on any tablet
Open your event's kiosk link on any tablet or laptop with a camera, tap Go Live, and hand it to your guests. That's it - no app to install, no dedicated hardware.
For guests: tap, pose, download
- 1
Tap to begin
The kiosk shows a welcome screen. If the event offers more than one language, guests pick theirs first.
- 2
Choose a background
For an event set to a background-based style, guests pick from the backgrounds you've set up - the camera doesn't activate until after this choice. Events set to Full random or Self-prompt skip straight to the camera instead.
- 3
Strike a pose
A live camera preview and a short on-screen countdown give guests time to get ready before the photo is captured.
- 4
Review & retake
Guests see exactly what was captured and can retake it if they want before continuing. On a Self-prompt event, they also describe the scene they want in their own words here.
- 5
AI generates their photo
In about 30 seconds, the AI transforms the guest's photo the way your event is configured - an animated wait screen keeps things fun instead of a plain loading bar.
- 6
Optional frame & stickers
If your event has one configured, guests can add a branded frame or stickers on top of their AI photo before finishing up.
- 7
Scan & download
A QR code appears on screen. Guests scan it with their own phone's camera and download their photo directly - no email, no printer queue.
